INGREDIENTS:
300 gms Bhindi/okra/lady finger
2 tsp lemon juice
oil for frying
Salt
turmeric powder
4 tbsp water
1 tsp red chilly powder
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp besan
2 medium onions
6-7 garlic pods
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
a bay leaf
a cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp heeng/asafortida
2-3 tomatoes
a piece of ginger
1-2 green chillies
2-3 fresh yogurt/dahi
