Ingredients
Maida - 100 grams
Besan - 2 tablespoons
Suji - 2 teaspoons
Ghee - 150 grams
Powdered sugar - 100 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped pistachios

Preparation
In a mixing bowl add maida, besan and suji. Mix well and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add ghee, powdered sugar and whisk to mix well. Add cardamom powder, baking soda and whisk again. Add the maida+besan+suji mix and knead to a dough.
Roll out portions of the dough and flatten slightly. Make a cross shaped cut in the centre and add chopped pistachios.
Bake for 20 mins at 180 degree Celsius.
