185g dark chocolate
275g caster sugar
3 large eggs
85g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
50g white chocolate chips
50g dark chocolate chips
Best in a 30 x 20cm tray
Bake for 20-25 mins at 180°C
Makes approx. 30 brownies
