Meatballs & Noodles with Sour Cream Under Pressure

This is a quick and delicious meal. Ready in 8 minutes for busy family's!

small or large bag of frozen fully cooked meatballs
1 can beef broth
2 or 3 (your choice) jars of beef gravy
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 4oz can of sliced mushrooms
1 beef gravy jar full of water
12 oz bag of wide egg noodles or other choice of pasta
Stir till combined in your pressure cooker. Set timer for 8 minutes and make
sure the vent is set on seal.
When time is up release the pressure and open the top away from you. I added about 8 oz. of sour cream, mixed well and this delicious meal is ready to serve!
