Healthy Chocolate Oats Muffins | Healthy Baking Recipes | Rasoisaga
We visited the home of a Bangalore Homebaker who showed us her recipe of Healthy Chocolate Oats Muffins! Follow the video and make them at home :)
Her last recipe on Apple Carrot Muffins-
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Flour 1 Cup
Oats Powder 1/4 Cup
Cane Sugar 3/4 Cup
Butter 1/2 Cup
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Eggs 2 Large
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Coffee Powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt a pinch
Milk as required
METHOD:
1. In a mixing bowl, take butter, oil, brown sugar, cane sugar and whisk.
2. Add 2 eggs one by one. Whisk Well
3. Add Vanilla Essence.
4. Seive Wheat Flour, coffee powder, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda and mix with wet ingredients.
5. Add Oats Powder to this.
6. Add Milk for consistency.
7. Grease a tray and put the mix there.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
