Learn how to make Rico’s original christmas cocktail: The Hollis! This drink is a riff on another one of Rico’s creations, the Absolut Gangster. Basically, it’s a Vodka Old Fashioned with a little bit of christmas cheer on top. Enjoy!

Hollis – /

45 ml Absolut Vodka
25 ml Lillet Rouge
5 ml Rich Syrup
4 drops Chocolate Bitters
Orange Zest
