Bibingkang malagkit is a know 'kakanin' in the Philippines, one of its many glutinous rice recipes. It is different from bibingka which is popular during Christmas season. Bibingkang Malagkit is more closely related to biko, is a sweet rice cake, except the former has coconut jam topping.
