How to Make Homemade Whole Wheat Tortillas

INGREDIENTS
4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
4 Tbs coconut oil
Almost 2 cups water

DIRECTIONS
Mix dry ingredients together. Add coconut oil and blend again. Adding a little water at a time, starting hand mixing the dough, until everything it blended nicely and the dough is in the shape of a ball. Cover with a damp paper towel and let rest for 10 min. Divide dough into 12 balls and let rest another 10 min. Roll out balls into tortillas or use a tortilla press. Place tortillas onto a hot pan, and cook for 40 sec on 1st side, 30 on other side.
