HASSELBACK POTATOES IF YOU'VE NEVER MADE THEM YOU SIMPLY MUST!
Hasselback potatoes have been around for a good long while but I just recently started making them. This method of baking potatoes lends itself to many flavors so have at it. I love these so much. You can make a pan full for a crowd or make a pan full anyway and store in the fridge for later use. A few minutes under the broiler and they taste like you just baked them fresh.
