chewy halwa, rubber halwa, sindhi style strechy ,elastic Karachi halwa ,bombay karachi halwa, bombay halwa etc you know this by many names.....but when ever we try this recipe it did not become strechy but this time i am here with my promise real recipe of karachi halwa with perfect chewy texture ,rubbery consistency ...This recipe is bit long and should be made with patience but the results are amazing .......when you will make it ....believe me you will feel glad that you made it .......... here I have revealed all the secrets behind the recipe ..i hope you all will like it ...and again If you like my recipe Then please Do subscribe , share ....and like my channel...........

Ingredients

Corn flour - 1 cup - ( 110 gm )
Desi ghee ( clarified butter )- 100 gm or 6 tbsp Heaped
Sugar - 2 & 1/4 cups - 500gm
water - 3 & 1/2 cups -750ml +125ml water
Measuring cup used - 250 ml
citric acid - 3/4 tsp ( nimbu ke phool )
kewada essence 3-4 drops for flavoring
dry fruits - almonds, cashews, pistachio , magaj , ( melon seeds )
2 tbsp each
Total cooking time -50 minutes
first 10-15 min on low to med heat then on med to high flame for 25 min and for last 10 min on high flame .....
