Icing and Filling Cupcakes

Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
In this tutorial I will show you how to ice and decorate your cupcakes for flat and domed toppers.

Products used:
Sugar and Craft Premium RTR
CMC (or tylose powder)
Cornflour bag
Buttercream
Piping bags
cupcake corer

Delicious Buttercream recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
250g softened butter
1kg Icing sugar
100 ml Milk powder
80ml Warm water
5ml Flavouring Essence

METHOD:
1. Beat butter, milk powder, warm water and flavouring essence together with 500g icing sugar – mix well
2. Add remaining 500g icing sugar and mix well
3. Add colour if required.
Icing is now ready to use
