Recipe request for the Best Aussie Steak Sandwich. So packed with goodness and flavour, too big to fit into your mouth, simply stunning summer dining.
INGREDIENTS:
200g beef steak
1 tomato
1 onion
4 slices of thick cut bread, I used home made Rye Bread
2 eggs
100g bacon
20g cucumber
40g beetroot
2 slices tasty cheese
2 large lettuce leaves
40g butter
sauce/mayo/pickles of your choice
salt & pepper to taste
