Hey guys!! Tonight I’m going to show you how to make a delicious whole roasted lemon herb chicken. The skin is nice and crispy and the chicken is juicy and bursting with flavor. Enjoy!

I am using a 6 pound whole chicken

Spices and herbs used:

Fresh Thyme
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Rosemary
Minced garlic
Granulated garlic
Granulated onion
Italian Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Sage
Paprika


Butter
Medium onion
2 Large lemons

Bake your chicken on 350 degrees (375 depending on oven) for 20 minutes per pound
