Chocolate brownies made the healthy way (from the book Healthy Junk)



Ingredients:
3 tablespoons coconut cream
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
7 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon himalayan sea salt
1/2 cup coconut nectar
2 eggs
1/4 cup cooked and blended pumpkin (cold)

Method:
mix all ingredients together
lay on baking paper on baking tray
cook for 30-45 minutes on 180C (350F)
