How to make homemade muscadine jelly! From harvest to pantry!
5 cups muscadine juice
5 cups sugar
1 tablespoon butter
3oz liquid pectin
Bring all ingredients except the pectin to a boil
Once boiling add pectin and boil for 1 minute
