Iftar Routine of Dawat Style recipes - Garlic Knots, Lime Sauce, Cheesecake Fruit Salad

GARLIC KNOTS
DOUGH:
1.5 to 2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
2 teaspoon oil
GARLIC BUTTER:
3-4 tablespoon butter, melted
4 -5 cloves garlic (or to taste)
2 tablespoon chopped Parsley

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180 *C (350 *F)
Bake at 180 *C for 10 minutes ( or more if need be)
Take out of the oven and apply garlic butter on hot knots
Bake again at 180*C for 5 minutes until golden on top.

PARSLEY LIME SAUCE
1 bunch parsley
1 lime
3-4 garlic cloves or as per taste
2 tablespoons jalapenos
1 cup yogurt
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon cumin powder
Black pepper powder to taste

CREAMCHEESE FRUIT SALAD
Apple 1
Peach or nectarine 1
Grapes
Kiwi 1
Strawberries 5-6
Mango 1
Heavy cream (whipping cream) 1 cup
3 Kiri cream cheese cubes. If you use philedelphia or Puck then use 3 tablespoon
Vanilla 1 tablespoon
Sugar to taste
Digestive biscuits
