How to make the best Ghana Meat Pie✔

This Ghanaian inspired meat pie recipe is certainly to die for! The gourmet preparation results in the flakiest, most delicious, and moist filling in a meat pie recipe! Enjoy!!
Ingredients for pie crust:
500 g or 4 cups all purpose flour
250 gram Irish butter (cold)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
2 eggs (whisked)
1/4 cup fresh coconut milk
2 tablespoons of ice cold water
1/2 cup finely chopped chives (optional)
* avoid over working pie crust dough with your fingers as that will melt butter pieces and render dough tough, dense, and cause gluten to form. Gluten activation is not needed in this recipe. I achieved a flaky crust and a non- over - worked dough by using a food processor.
* Chill dough in the fridge for at least 30mins prior to rolling out to form pies.
Ingredients for pie filling:
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pound 97% lean ground beef
Pinch of crushed black pepper
One chicken stock cube
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup white sweet potatoes diced
1/4 cup carrots diced
1/4cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green beans
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
Pinch of nutmeg
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of flour to create roux
1/3 cup of fresh coconut milk
A few drizzles of soy sauce
* avoid over cooking your fresh produce as cooking continues during baking.
