Amy's Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding (Vegan)

1 serving: 348 calories, 9.9g protein, 16.3g fiber, 0mg cholesterol

This recipe serves 4

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
2-3 tbsp Bee Free Honee or sweetener of choice
Walnuts, strawberries, apples or other toppings of your choice

In a medium sized bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds and sweetener
Mix well and transfer to fridge for at 2-3 hours to set, or preferably overnight
Divide mixture by 4, and top each with the walnuts, strawberries and apples.
Enjoy!
