    Put the flour, salt, mustard, cheese, courgettes and yeast into a bowl.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 450g Strong white bread flour
    • 1½tsp Salt
    • 1½tsp Mustard powder
    • Cheddar cheese grated, a little
    • 100g Courgette(s) diced, plus a little extra for decoration
    • 1 Easy bake yeast sachet

    Mix to a soft dough with the oil, honey and water.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 4 tbsp Olive oil
    • 2 tbsp Honey
    • 170ml Warm water

    Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.

    Divide the dough into 3 pieces and roll each piece into long strands.

    Join the strands at one end and plait together, folding the ends under.

    Place onto a greased baking sheet and leave to prove slowly until double in size. Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan, gas mark 7).

    Top with more courgette and grated cheese and bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200° (180°C fan, gas mark 6).

    Bake for 25-30 minutes.
