    Put the flour, sugar, salt, chocolate chips, walnuts and yeast into a bowl.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 450g Very strong white bread flour
    • 1¼tsp Unrefined golden granulated sugar
    • 1tsp Salt
    • 75g Dark chocolate chips
    • 55g Walnuts roughly chopped.
    • 1 Easy bake yeast sachet (7g)

    Mix to a soft dough with the egg, butter and milk.

    For this step you'll need:

    • 1 Egg(s) (free range) beaten
    • 3 tbsp Butter (unsalted) melted
    • 200ml Milk

    Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.

    Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.

    Leave to prove until double in size. Preheated the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C, gas mark 7).

    Place in the oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6).

    Bake for 30-35 minutes.
