Partner and Cookery School Chef Omar Abourgebah makes a traditional Turkish pizza - a flatbread topped with a spicy lamb mixture.
Preparation time: 20 minutes plus proving
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
For the dough:
3g dried active yeast
125g strong white bread flour plus extra for dusting
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp fine crystal sea salt
½ tsp caster sugar
For the lamb mince topping:
1 tbsp olive oil plus 1 tsp for drizzling
1 onion, finely diced
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp Bart Blend Baharat
½ tsp smoked paprika
75g lamb mince
1 tomato, blitzed or finely chopped
10g flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 tsp Zataar (optional)
