Really Simple Vanilla Cupcakes | fiona's food
A super quick and easy recipe for vanilla cupcakes for you to decorate how you'd like! Also, please excuse the AWFUL spelling mistake in there. I know it's spelt sugar :/
Ingredients:
150g (2/3 Cup) Unsalted Butter
150g (2/3 Cup) Caster Sugar
150g (1 and 1/5 cup) Self-raising flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
I just googled the cup conversions - I haven't tested them so I hope they're right! :)
