How to Bake a White Bread Loaf from Scratch - Baking Tutorial - Bedwell's Kitchen

Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
This is my way of baking a white bread loaf from scratch without the use of a bread maker. The recipe is adapted from a Paul Hollywood bread recipe and is a firm favourite of mine and my families.

Ingredients are:
500g Strong White Bread Flour (plus extra for dusting)
7g Dried Yeast - I use it from a Sachet in this recipe
Up to 10g of Salt (you may find you prefer less)
1 and a half tablespoons of Olive Oil
Sunflower oil for greasing the bowl
340ml of Cool Water (you may not need all of it)

No butter or sugar is used in the making of this bread.

The tin shown is 2lb tin available from Lakeland in the United Kingdom. Available to buy online here:
