How to cook chicken hearts!

Another week, another recipe for some slightly lesser-known foods. This time, chicken hearts. It's actually a very lean, healthy meat. And there really is only one real "trick" to bear in mind when cooking them: Cleaning them properly to there is no coagulated blood left in the ventricles.
