These were delicious, however, go easy on the frosting. I am not a drinker and I could taste the champagne big time. I would suggest not feeding these to children. I ended up having to scrape off a good portion of the frosting as there really was a lot on those cupcakes. If you are a drinker, however, have at it! ;)
