Greetings! Last week I made both BBQ Chicken Pizza and an Antipasto pizza. It is pizza night again in our house so I thought I would share with you how I make my own pizza crust, quick and easy.

You can make this dough in advance. You can make it up in the morning and toss it in the fridge wrapped up in some plastic or a zip lock bag.

Once you have mixed it up you can simply divide it into the sized dough balls you like and wrap them tightly and store them in the freezer. When you know you will want to make pizza for dinner, you can simply allow the dough to thaw on the kitchen counter and then spread into the pans. EASY right?!

This is the best pizza dough I have ever used. You can make it with all purpose flour, bread flour white wheat flour or a combo of all purpose and whole wheat flour. No matter what you use you are going to like this crust. You can bake it on pans like I did or you can toss it on a pizza stone for an extra crispy crust.

I hope you give this dough a try the next time you want to make pizza!

Happy Eating!
