The Naked Cake: How to Slice, Ice, Stack, and Decorate

Naked Cakes (cakes without outer icing) are all the rage here in Southern California! For a vintage look, try it out at home. Tons of fun, easy and light to lift and transport, and a great focal point to any celebration.

I've gotten a lot of comments about my hair being down during the video, and how that might effect the cake. I don't wear my hair down when I'm actually baking day-to-day. Nor am I wearing the false eyelashes and loads of makeup you see here while working. This is a teaching video peeps, that's all. This cake went in the trash after filming. :)
