My Ultimate Salted Caramel Sauce is a delicious topping that is suitable for a wide range of desserts. Sugar and water are simmered until golden. Butter, cream and salt are added to complete the sauce. Rich, creamy with a slightly salty taste, this glorious sauce can be used on ice cream, cakes, puddings, as an ingredient in other desserts or simply enjoyed straight out of the jar - give it a go!

INGREDIENT LIST:

1 Cup (200g) of Regular White Sugar
1/2 Cup of Water
100g of Butter
1/2 Cup of Whipping Cream
1 Teaspoon of Salt

Note: Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Sauce is best when served warm ;)

All measurements and temperatures are in Australian Metric.
