Note: These Cinnamon Rolls are made with yeast and with milk. I use a stand mixer with a dough hook and paddle to make the dough, but it can be made by hand, just like any bread dough or pizza dough.

Ingredients:
Sweet Roll Dough: (scalded) milk, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, water, dry active yeast (yeast)
Cinnamon Sugar Filling: ground cinnamon, brown sugar, butter - to make with raisins, add about 3/4 cup raisins to filling
Cream Cheese Icing: Cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar ( icing sugar, confectioners' sugar)

**Recipe not made with Bisquick or with biscuits. Recipes using a make ahead method may call their rolls "overnight" cinnamon rolls, but it's simply refrigerating the uncooked rolls to proof slowly and baking them the next day.
