How to Cook Walleye - A Quick, Easy and Delicious Recipe

Today we're going to cook one of my favourite freshwater fish, walleye. We're going to cook this walleye in a nice healthy way with simple ingredients.

You'll need:
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon of blackening spice
1/4 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
A bunch of breadcrumbs

Mix everything except the breadcrumbs into a pan or bowl to create your seasoned butter mix. Coat both sides of the walleye fillet into the seasoned butter, then cover both sides of the fillets with the breadcrumbs. Pat down the breadcrumbs onto the fillet.

Place the breadcrumb covered fillets onto a buttered baking tray and broil for about 10 minutes. Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of your walleye fillet.
