Ingredients :
100g grated white coconut （白椰丝）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
1 tsp corn flour （玉米粉）

2 large eggs （鸡蛋）- grade A
70g caster sugar （细砂糖）
80g plain flour （普通面粉）
1/2 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder mix with 1 tbsp of boiling water （1 1/2荼匙即溶咖啡粉加入1汤匙热水拌匀）
65ml thick coconut milk （浓椰浆）

1 tsp fruit salt （菓子盐 ENO)
