So I went to the butcher to get a goat and when I got home with my meat, I just had to make some aponkye nkrakra with some of it before it hits the freezer. Finger-licking good! This recipe is simple and quick but the end result is simply amazing! Do try it❤





Ingredients
3.5 lb goat meat
6 large tomatoes
7 large shallots
1 medium sized red onion
2 habaneros
3 cloves garlic
75 grams fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon aniseed
2 star anise
7 cups water
salt to taste
