Ingredients:
Puff Pastry sheet (350-400 gms) I packet
6 eggs, boiled
6 onion
1 1/4 tsp garlic
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/3 tsp Salt
6 Tbsp cooking oil (Sunflower, Vegetable)
curry leaves
1 tsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp Lime juice
Egg wash: 1 egg, beaten with 2 Tbsp water
