INGREDIENTS:
1kg Salmon
1 litre Water
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Gram Flour
3 tbsp Yogurt
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tbsp Turmeric
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Dried FenuGreek
1/2 tsp ajwain
PREPARATIONS
1. First mix the water and vinegar and place in the salmon to help get rid of the smell. Leave that to rest for 1/2 hour.
2. When 1/2 hour has passed take out the salmon and place it in clean water for 1 min and then drain them.
3. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl to create a paste. (Gram flour, yogurt, garlic, ginger, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, dried fenugreek, ajwain, coriander powder, olive oil and salt)
4. Rub this paste on the salmon and let it sit for at least 3 hours.
5. When you are ready fry each side of the salmon for 3 mins and it is ready to eat.
