Hello! It's been long time. I had really busy last few weeks.
But I will try to upload regularly.
My most popular video is how to make fondant. So I try to record how to make fondant without machine. I am sure there are a lot people having trouble make it at home and when they don't have machine, It is harder to make it.

Ingredients
Sugar powder: 500g
Egg white powder: 3g
Gelatin: 12g
Water(with gelatin): 35g
Corn syrup : 70g
Water(extra water):10~15g( depends on weather)
lemon juice: 3~4g
