How to Cook Perfect Rice!
Recipe:
2.5 cups water
3/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 cup basmati rice
1. Bring water, salt, butter to a boil and add rice. (Medium heat)
2. Add rice- Cook for 15 minutes, stirring as needed.
3. Once water is cooked off, turn off the heat
4. Let sit for 25-30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Tip: Fluff with a fork before serving*****
