All purpose flour , egg and water is used. I prefer savory chattipathiri mainly with chicken filling than with sweet egg filling. So here am sharing the recipe for puyapla pathiri which is very similar to chattipathiri or athishaya pathiri but instead of pancake am using bread. So no need of preparing pancake or kneading dough for making chapati. A very easy snack recipe which is very delicious and is best to serve for iftar party .
