Deepali meets two lady participants in Bardoli city. First participant Vipra prepares Bardoli Special Khichdi. She used ingredients like cooked rice, tuver daal, routine masala, brinjal, onion, tomato, cashew, raisins, crushed peanuts etc. It was garnished with coriander & cashew and then served with kadhi. Other participant Penal prepares Bhagat Muthiya Nu Shak. At first she prepares muthiya using ingredients like crushed chana daal, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and routine masala. She deep fried muthiya and then added in gravy which was made of onion paste, tomato paste, ginger-garlic paste, routine masala and crushed peanut. Finally, it was garnished with coriander.
