Ingredients for Pizza sandwich Pinwheel
Bread slices - 12
Potatoes - 2 (boiled)
Oil - 2 tsp
Green chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - less than 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Mango Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - less than 1/4 tsp
Green coriander - 1 to 2 tbsp
Cheese slices - 2
Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp
Green coriander dip - 2 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp

How to make Pinwheel
1- Take 2 boiled potatoes, peel and mash them.
2- Preheat a pan, add 2 teaspoons of oil in it and heat it.
3- Add a ½ teaspoon of ginger paste on the low flame.
4- Add 1 to 2 finely chopped green chillies to it saute it.
5- Add a ½ teaspoon of coriander powder, less than ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and add the mashed potatoes to it.
6- Add a less than ½ teaspoon of salt, a ¼ teaspoon of mango powder and cook while stirring them.
7- Press with a spatula to mash them.
8- Add some finely chopped green coriander, a ¼ teaspoon of red chilli powder and mix them well.
9- Drain out the cooked stuffing from the pan.
10- Remove the corners of bread slices.
11- Flatten bread slices using a rolling pin.
12-Flatten all the bread slices likewise.

Potato stuffed pinwheel
13- Spread 1 tsp of pizza sauce on a slice and place another bread slice over it.
14- Spread 2 teaspoons of the stuffing over it.
15- Place another bread slice over it and cover it.
16- Spread a teaspoon of green coriander dip over it.
17- Take a sheet of foil paper to wrap the pinwheels.
18- Lift an end of a foil paper and roll to wrap it.
19- Roll, fold and seal the pinwheel in it.
20- Prepare the rest of pinwheels likewise.

Pizza sttuffed pinwheel
21- Spread 1 tsp of pizza sauce on a slice and place another bread slice over it.
22- Place a cheese slice over it.
23- Place another bread slice over it and cover it.
24- Spread a teaspoon of green coriander dip over it.
25- Take a sheet of foil paper to wrap the pinwheel.
26- Lift an end of a foil paper and roll to wrap it.
27- Roll, fold and seal the pinwheel in it.
28- Prepare the rest of pinwheels likewise.

29- Refrigerate the pinwheels for half an hour to set.
30- They have set after 30 minutes.
31- Remove the foil paper coverings from the pinwheels.
32- Chop the pinwheels into the smaller sized pieces of 1/2 inch.

For baking
33- Take a baking tray and spread a butter paper over it.
34- Coat the pieces with melted butter.
35- Place them in the tray at a particular distance.
36- Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes on he 190-degree centigrade
37- They have baked after 15 minutes

For shallow frying
1- Preheat a non-stick pan and spread some butter over it.
2- Place the pieces in pan to cook.
3- Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes in the pan on the medium flame.
4- Flip them once they have cooked from the bottom.
5- Again, cook them for 1 to 2 minutes on the low-medium flame.
6- They have cooked well. Remove them from the pan.
7- The bread pinwheel is ready to be served.

Serving:
1- You can serve them along with tea.
2- You can serve it with any desired dip.
