Strawberry Peach Pie | Pie Recipe - This is a easy to make/bake Strawberry Peach Pie that is delicious and eye catching for you and your family. It's one of the desserts that scream Spring and or Summer time. So, if you love strawberries and peaches then this is the perfect pie for you!

Ingredients

5 cups fresh sliced peaches, 5 peaches
2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour for thickening (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp butter
1 egg
Sugar (course) for sprinkling on crust

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Place pie on a baking sheet and bake until juices are bubbling and crust is Deep Golden Brown, about 1 hour. If the crust is getting too brown, tent with foil. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool before cutting, 2 hours to overnight. Serve with a scoop or two of ice cream (vanilla) of your choice, enjoy!
