How to Cook a Tri-Tip in the Oven

In this easy cooking video, I cook a beef tri-tip roast in my toaster oven. I cooked this 3 1/2 lb tri-tip to an internal temperature of 130 degrees F. The cooking time was 50 minutes in a 350 degree F oven.
