Ingrediants…
1.Milk - 1/2 ltr
2.Sugar - 1/4 +1/2 cup
3.Milk Cream - 1cup
4.Cardamom powder - 1/2 +1/4 ts
5.Cornflour - 3tb
6.Bread slice - 6
7.Water - 1/2 cup
8.Lemon - 1/2ts
9.Rose water - 3-4 drop
10.Green Natural food colour -1/2 ts

Method….
1. Take a Milk and boil, add sugar,Milk Cream,Cardamom powder mix it. Take a cornflour add 1/4 cup milk mix it and add this slury in milk and continously mix it for 3-4 min.then keep it side.
Take bread slice cut the edges and cut into two parts.then deep fry in hot oil.
Take a pan add sugar ,water, lemon and mix it . boil then add Cardamom powder, rose water, and green food colour and bring a boil.
Take a serving bowl keep bread layer, sugar syrup, dessicated coconut, almond flex then milk rabdi layer sprinkle again dessicated coconut, almond flex, pista and keep in fridge for 1-2 hrs. serve it cool, garnish with strawberry syrup. Our Tasty Arabian Sweet Dish Umm Ali or Shahi Tukda is ready to serve.
