HOW TO: fix nails AFTER acrylics

hey guys heres a basic tutorial on how I nurse my jacked up nails back to health after having acrylic nails for 4+ months :)

DISCLAIMER: I am not a nail tech nor do I claim to be 100% knowledgeable about nails. For a long time I didn’t know how damaging it could be to remove acrylics the way that I did in this video. This is how my FORMER nail tech would do it so I thought it was okay. All of the nails except the ones I removed in the video popped off without me even having to remove myself. Upon further research, it is advised to soak off your acrylics with acetone. With that said, I no longer get acrylic nails. :) hope that clears some things up.
