~INGREDIENTS~
Basmati Rice/Kheer rice- 1/2 cup/ 135g
Milk- 1 litre + 250ml
Sugar- 4 tbsp or as per taste
Cashews- 12-15 + Milk- 2-3 tbsp = cashews paste
Clarified butter/ Ghee- 1 tsp
Pistachios- 5-7 chopped
Almonds- 5-7 chopped
Raisins- 12-15
Saffron/Kesar- 10-12 thread
