Southern Sweet Potato Pie (Brown Butter)

Y’all….this pie gave me everything I needed in my life last Thanksgiving and I’ve been waiting to share it with you guys! It has such an incredible flavor and the texture is sooooo creamy, yet firm because I can’t fool with no loose, watery pies. “Minnie don’t burn chicken!” (Ok I know that has nothing to do with this pie but I just like randomly saying that line)

Oh and be sure to make my homemade buttery pie crust recipe to go with this pie ok? Promise? This is my FAVORITE pie crust! And you know what they say “ a pie is only as good as it’s crust!” I actually don’t know if they say that but I say it and it’s true. Make the crust Annie Mae!!
