Water 100g, instant dry yeast 7g,
Sugar 35g, salt 6g, milk 56g ,Egg 1
bread flour 250g, all purpose flour 100g,Butter 30g

When kneading with a stand mixer (different for each machine)
1. Add all ingredients except butter and mix for 2-3 minutes at low speed
2. Dough for 5-6 minutes at medium speed
3. After adding the butter, dough for 5-6 minutes until the dough becomes smooth

TIP
Use cold water or cold milk on hot days.
Use lukewarm water or lukewarm milk(no hot water) on cold days
Use room temperature butter (about 30 minutes)
