How to make Perfect Buttercream Icing | Baking Mad
We show you how to make the perfect buttercream icing in our buttercream masterclass. When it comes to buttercream, it's all about the whipping! We've used a machine and we strongly recommend you do too. Even if it's an electric handheld whisk. When it comes to adding the icing sugar, we've used Silver Spoon icing sugar as this doesn't lump and gives you a really smooth consistency. We've used Nielsen Massey as it's an extract rather than a flavour which means it's QUALITY. Don't spend time and effort making cakes to be let down by your ingredients!
