4-5 Brambly Cooking Apples
60g Caster Sugar
2.5 fl oz Water

Crumble:

230g Flour
170g Butter
50g Oats
110g Caster Sugar

Salted Caramel:

400g Caster Sugar
165g Unsalted Butter
250ml Double Cream
2 tsp Flaked Sea Salt (More or less to taste)
