Makes 1 loaf

Coffee Walnut Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. unsalted butter, softened (225 grams)
1 cup sugar (190 grams)
6 eggs
3 tablespoons milk (41 grams)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (4 grams)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (195 grams)
1 teaspoon baking powder (4 grams)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon instant coffee

Notes:
8" x 8" square baking pan
Bake at 350℉ (175℃) for about 50-55 minutes
