Homemade Spreadable Butter | Make Butter From Scratch

Butter is a bit of a problem in a cold climate - straight from the fridge, it can be very hard to spread on bread. And while margarine will spread straight from the fridge, there are serious concerns about how healthy it is. But with the invention of spreadable butter, you can now enjoy a product that is mostly butter with a small amount of oil added. And it will spread straight from the fridge. In this video I decided to try making my own, including butter made from scratch. It turned out pretty well, although I think I need to experiment a bit with the amount of oil because the texture isn't quite right.
